After tons of auditions we found the right guy!

We are currently breaking him in and the band is sounding more amazing and better than ever!

Hey friends and fans! The Usual Mistakes are still scouring the corners of the globe looking for the perfect guitar god (or godesse) to fill our current roster spot. Don’t fret thou, the Phil, Myron, and Bill are still working hard to stay sharp and update our neverending list of cover tunes. So while we’re out on Guitar Search 2012, we need your help on pumping up our set list. Go to the comments section on this post or the wall of our facebook page and leave your suggestions on what cover tunes we could rock out. If we pick yours, we’ll give ya a special prize pack of Mistakes Merch (*prize pack has no monitary value). While you’re there, why not leave a little love for the band too!

We’ll be back to playing shows in June & July, so hang tight and we’ll fill your Mistake fix shortly. Until then, stay groovy my friends!

We are looking for a new lead guitarist!
Long time guitarplayer and co founder of the band, BOB TEUTSCH has decided to leave the band to pursue other and different musical interests.He also had his hand in production and songwriting,he will be greatly missed and we wish him the best!

But fear not,Phil Bill and Myron will continue on as a three peice and promoting and performing the new album.
There is also a new album in the works for 2013!
